The Cloudors delivers Oracle Cloud solutions with a focus on implementation, migration, and managed services. We serve organizations across Egypt and Saudi Arabia with ERP, HCM, CX, and EPM/BI expertise.

What you'll be doing

  • Implement Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting).
  • Configure workforce management and analytics.
  • Support clients through design, build, test, and go-live phases.
  • Deliver training and post-go-live support.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience.
  • Oracle Cloud HCM certification preferred.
  • Bilingual (Arabic and English) preferred.
  • Experience with real estate or construction industry HCM is a plus.
